Contract objectives:

• Provide qualified effective support to the Regional Operator in Project management for successfully implementing the Project as provided in the Financing Agreement;
• Provide conditions for managing with modern and efficient systems the water and sewerage networks within the localities;
• Hydraulic optimization and modelling of water and sewerage networks;
• Update the feasibility study for Gilău-Sălaj water transport main;
• Provide conditions to reduce losses in water networks;
• Ensure optimal implementation of work contracts by controlling the quality of waste water discharged into public sewerage network;
• Ensure the disposal in optimal environmental conditions of residual materials produced by future waste water treatment stations;
• Ensure adequate publicity of the measure and correct public information regarding the works proposed in the Project;
• Update Master plan for water and sewerage in Cluj and Sălaj counties;
• Prepare documentation for procurement of equipment for automating and monitoring the water supply and sewerage systems and of maintenance equipment, rehabilitation of operational facilities for optimal running of maintenance and operation processes.

Service contract S2: Technical assistance for project supervision

Contract price: 15,937,438 RON (excl. VAT)

Contract objective: ensure supervision of procurement and work contracts within the Project, leading to their successful completion as regards the quality, costs and execution time, in accordance with the Financing Agreement signed by the Beneficiary – Compania de Apa Someş SA and the Financer – Ministry of Environment and Forests.
